Kurtis Massey has lived in all parts of the south; born in Florida, raised in Arkansas, college in Oklahoma, and now working in North Carolina. His journey as a believer began when he accepted Christ and was baptized in 2001. He began serving in college ministry with his not-yet wife Maria while completing his Bachelors at the University of Oklahoma. Kurtis and Maria now have four children: Kaleb, Jakob, Asia, and Olivia. Their family enjoys spending time together, whether outdoors enjoying creation or in the competitive spirit of a family game night. Kurtis joined staff in 2011, and he loves serving in a church that takes God’s work seriously. His favorite verse is Colossians 1:28, and his favorite book of the Bible is I Thessalonians.
